Requirements:
· Male, preferably over 40 years old
· S1 in Accounting/Finance/Engineering, plus S2 in Management/Finance
· Minimum 10 years experience as General Manager; proven to be able to manage a profitable business unit
· Very experienced in Transportation Management System; addition knowledge in Workshop Operation is an advantage
· Exposure to Plantation/Mining will be another advantage
· Jakarta based, but willing to travel to our plantation area

· Compensation & Benefit package will commensurate with competencies and experience
