Head of Construction Chemical
Overall Responsibilities
Responsible for the Retail & Project sales, Business Development, and product promotion of individual product/customer lines or groups.
Requirements
· Male or Female, with 35-45 years old
· Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration, preferable MBA / M.Eng.
· 5 years experience in Retail Sales / Project Management preferable in Building materials with knowledge in Retail distribution channel.
· 2-3 years experience in Team Management
· Fluent in English / Indonesian
· Initiative, energetic, and self motivation
· Good Human relation and leadership skill
· Able to work in up country occasionally
